Although we assume that the information provided to us is truthful and accurate, we need to nonetheless caution you that all statements, information, descriptions, pictures, etc., relating to these listings, are provided by the Sellers of the respective items, and we don't have the time or ability to independently verify all that stuff! 2008 Klaisler M-Series Floor Machine Price: $49,354 :: FOB IN Condition: New Description: Instead of a used machine, consider a new table-guided (no track) floor truss system available from Klaisler Manufacturing that will be ready for production in just four weeks from receipt of deposit. 2002 Mango Automated Wall Extruder Price: $26,500 :: FOB NJ Condition: Good Description: Auto feed wall framer. It has a 16’auto conveyor on each side of the incoming feed system (out feed conveyors are not included). The Mango Automated Wall Extruder is operated using data downloaded from virtually any wall design software in the office. The wall extruder is a fast, safe and efficient way to automate your existing manual wall equipment. The system accurately sets the plate positions in front of the nail guns to ensure that the studs are in the correct position. The studs (or other features that are being assembled) can be placed anywhere, not just on fixed centers. The standard machine is designed to allow for 2 nails in each end of the stud 3 nails for 2x6 wall. Plate sizes can be 2x4 or 2x6 material. need for manual adjustment for nail position or number of nails. 2003 Virtek Projectors with PC & Cabinet Price: $29,990 :: FOB CT  SOLD Condition: Good+ Description: Two Virtek projectors, both are model LPS-GR.  Each unit projects up to 20 feet of production area, features the red laser and works with the on-table menu commands.  Units were manufactured in December of 2003. They were initially installed for 6 months in 2004, then in storage until April, 2006 and have been in use since then.  Also included are the PC and cabinet.  There is no maintenance agreement; an agreement would cost about $3,250.00 per year from Virtek.  They are available for immediate shipment.
2003 Virtek Laser System Price: $36,900 :: FOB MO  NEW ITEM! Condition: Good Description: This is a five-head, fixed, red laser Virtek roof truss projection system that includes computer display, environmental enclosure and pc.  Provides 25 ft projection at 15 ft ceiling height.  Virtek license agreement required.  Can be sold with a 2004 Roof Glider system at the same location for an additional $92,000.
2004 MiTek RoofGlider Price: $131,000 :: FOB MO  NEW ITEM! Condition: Good Description: 14' x 80’ working length side-eject, trackless system with (13) 6'-4" x 14' slotted, 3/4" steel-top tables with ejectors.  Also includes (17) receivers, (10) powered and (1) idle conveyor inside. Includes one RoofGlider Gantry head, 14' x 24" dia., one 1994 MiTek 24" dia. final roller feeding to (25) powered / idler conveyor rollers and a 1994 MiTek 4-pedestal flat stacker outside. Stacker has two sets of controls and can be sold separately for $39,000. System includes all air-manifold, electrical, jigging hardware, bridge-plates, etc. 480v, 3ph.  A 2003 five-head, red laser Virtek system is also available for an additional $36,900.
2001 Lacey-Harmer Lasalign Projectors Price: $3,195 :: FOB IA Condition: Good Description: Red laser projectors enables utilization of engineering files to generate full scale laser image of desired truss on table work surface for fast and accurate jigging. 1996 Makron Wall Assembly System Price: $137,739 :: FOB OH Condition: Good Description: Fully automated system features dedicated interior/exterior lines with integrated stacker and material transfer.  Build capacity from 1' thru 16' panel lengths, 4' thru 12'-6" panel height.
