2007 Alpine X4 Linear Saw

Linear fed saw Model X4, with touch screen controls, cuts truss parts up to 12" deep lumber width, can cut 60" scarf cuts, optimizes material, with production rates up to 7,000 pieces per eight hour shift. The X4 cuts up to four boards at a time with printing capabilities on each board. The clamping system is hydraulic. This saw includes an optional 20 foot Alpine in-feed conveyor and a 15 foot Alpine out-feed conveyor, belt scrap conveyor and optional Ink jet printer. Each axis movement is powered by servo motors and gear boxes.  Includes a 15 hp motor with a 22" carbide tipped blade. Electrical requirements include 230 volt, 3 phase, 125 Amp service to the blade unit and 120 volt, 15 Amp service to the scrap system. Air required is 10 SCFM at 90 psi.  Out of operation since January of 2009.

2004 Koskovich Auto Omni Component Saw (CA)

Five-blade computerized saw that has been well maintained and is configured with [1] 30 inch blade, [3] 20 inch blades and [1] 12 inch blade. Also includes a computer monitor on the catcher side of the saw, waste incline and conveyor with shaker side pans, 4-head Matthews ink jet, set of spare blades and Omni spare parts.  This saw was taken out of operation in March of 2008 but still under power.  440 volt, 3 phase electrical service.  (infeed deck not included)
