Description:

Automated cut-off and marking saw for wall frame processing, 90° (square) cuts only. Cuts and marks all wall frame parts up to 15,000 ln. ft. per 8 hour shift (feed rate to 50 ft per second.). Features on the fly D-Print option (two face + one edge Matthews Ink-Jet) printing layout and part I.D. from all major wall design software. Hand feed material from 6' to 16', 2x3 through 2x12 material with cutting accuracy to 1/32". This system can be optionally configured with additional material handling, installation and service agreement available from MiTek or other independent contractors. 120/240v, 30 amp single phase + 208/480v 25/15 amp 3ph power, 90 psi 16 cfm air required.
